This is the same site for the Hawaiian Mountain Tour Pro/Am, the 24Hours of Hell Mountain Bike Race and many other off-road triathlons. This is a great introduction to off-road mountain biking and also offers challenges for experienced riders. With a multitude of trails to choose from, we can easily cater the experience to your skill level.

Your ride through the Hawaiian countryside will visit a kauhale (village), WWII bunkers and scenic movie locations including Lost, 50 First Dates, Jurassic Park, Godzilla, Wind Talkers and more. During the months of December thru April, you might see whales from the trails.

Includes: Professional nature guides, access to private land, complimentary round-trip transportation from Waikiki, Kona mountain bikes with front-suspension, Bell helmets, optional use of rain gear, hip pack, bottled water, trail mix, deli-style lunch and cold beverages.

What to Bring: Dress comfortably, wear shoes and socks and bring a camera. Bring a change of clothes in case of a wet or muddy ride.

Eco Adventure Equipment: To provide guests with a rewarding experience on every nature adventure and help make the day more comfortable, the following equipment is provided for your convenience and safety:

* Front-suspension Kona Mountain Bikes with disc-brakes.

* Full-suspension Kona Kikapu or Stinky Five upgrade (100% DIRT Tour).

* Rubber boots for our rainforest hike. This free option allows you to stomp
   through mud and cross streams while your shoes are back in the van. Just
   bring an extra pair of tall socks if you want to use our boots.

* Rain ponchos for hiking and fitted rain jackets for our downhill bike tour.

* Kayaks are Scupper Pro (single) and Spectrum (tandem). Durable plastic
   sit-on-top, stable and easy to paddle.

* Paddles, Personal Flotation Devices (PFD), masks and snorkels are also
   provided for kayak tour.

* Masks, snorkels, swim fins and Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) are
   provided on the Sail & Snorkel adventure.
