Our Beach Front Penthouse is an exquisitely furnished suite with 1,575 square feet (260 square feet of lanai). It is situated at the beach's edge with spectacular views from all rooms and sleeps up to six. It is located in the prestigious new Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort and occupies the penthouse level in the exclusive Beach Front section.
There are other condos offered for rent at the Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort. However, this condo is the only Beach Front Penthouse available. Every other Beach Villa condo you will see advertised privately elsewhere cost less (than this one) - in most cases, $2 million dollars less. The reason is simple: we have the most breathtaking views!
